SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ORDER SHIPPING
Your order shall be dispatched within 4-6 working days from our studio (excluding Sunday and National Holidays). We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.
You will receive the order updates on your registered e-mail ID with us.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- We provide free shipping for all orders above INR 1000 excluding the discount.
- The order value of INR 999 or below will incur flat rate shipping charges of 100 INR.
- Additional 100 INR is charged for Cash on delivery orders.
- Shipping outside India is chargeable depending on the delivery location.
- Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping company at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping company.
- Order cancellations may result in shipping or payment processing charges deductions unless the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you need your order to be delivered before our usual delivery days, please contact us before placing the order and let us know the products you like, we can check the availability and try to send it through Express Delivery with some extra amount depending on the location and weight of the parcel.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
You will receive order-related emails in two stages:
- An order confirmation email once you place the order.
- A shipment email once the order is dispatched from our studio to your address. You will be able to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company through the tracking code in the second email.
If in any case, you don’t see the email with order confirmation or tracking detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.
ORDER DELIVERY
Once dispatched from our studio, kindly consider 7 days of transit time (Excluding Sunday and National Holidays).
Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted two times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts.
At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Please take a picture of the parcel if possible and inform us immediately.
Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete addresses or the wrong telephone numbers.
