PAYMENT
All prices, unless indicated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your credit card. PHLAR will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. The website will not facilitate transactions for any other form of currency to the purchases made on the Website.
Indian prices are different from International prices due to taxes/duties, and the laws of the countries they have been bought from. In cases of International shipping, prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations. Prices are subject to change at any time, without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by PHLAR.

ORDER SHIPPING AND TRACKING PROCESS
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 4-5 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping partner’s sites. Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product category.
Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.2000, an additional charge depending on the weight of the product will be levied on orders below that.
PRODUCT
Most of our pieces are made in sustainable fabrics by our skilled artisans. Due to their hand-crafted nature, there could be variations in the feel of the material, construction, color, and technique of the actual product from the images shown on this website. Kindly bear this in mind while placing your order.

In the case of Force Majeure PHLAR’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between the customer and PHLAR can be partially or fully terminated by PHLAR or the customer. A Force Majeure is an event such as war, strike, riot, crime, natural disaster, pandemic, failure of electricity, internet service, or similar event. In these cases, PHLAR will try to resolve all problems as quickly as possible.
TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT, AND RESTRICTION
This site is controlled and operated by PHLAR. All material on this site, including product designs and prints, images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on the Website is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
